Blue light is categorized as high-energy visible (HEV) light and is emitted from screens such as computers, laptops, phones, LED televisions, and fluorescent light. So essentially it’s absolutely everywhere. HEV light is harder for our eyes to absorb and interpret thus exposing ourselves to such large quantities for such long periods of time can have several harmful effects.
