Dry eye syndrome is caused by lack of fluid and lubrication to your eye and can result from heavy reading or digital use, prolonged contact wear, poor diet, and certain health conditions like diabetes or arthritis. Do your best to keep it at bay by keeping up a healthy diet and sleep schedule, doing your best to limit your time in front of a screen or better managing that time that you do spend in front of a screen, or taking medication if necessary. Here at Dualens we want to make sure not only that you have access to quality and affordable eyewear and contact lenses but also that you maintain proper eye health.
